It will raise the floor of these schools, getting them updated facilities for the lesser schools, stadium upgrades, it will bring in better staff pools, more recruiting money/staff, to the already rich, more staff for more specific things, bigger net recruiting and back door money if they will.

The funny thing is one of these lesser schools gon get ambitious and blow it on some coach with minimal gain

Those California trips alone gonna be expensive, but it's worse for UCLA/USC as they have to travel to the midwest/east for half of their seasons.
