Saban coming in completely changed the culture and made Bama a machine, a football factory, something that everyone else dreams that their program can be. He will leave the program in good hands, and the next coach will have success just like Ryan Day post-Urban, Lincoln Riley post-Stoops, etc. Did Urban and Stoops leaving slow those Ohio State and Oklahoma down? No so why would it slow Alabama down? Of course, getting the next HC right is key.
