But if everything is going great with coaches, money, facilities, an actual competent program like you say needs to happen for Miami to get top classes the same applies for West damn Virginia and any other school in America :heh:

I think Miami's location gives them advantages that WVU can't have given it's location.

True, but if it was location alone usc and Miami would win every recruit, lots of kids fall in love with other college towns, i don’t know how you convince black kids to go to boise, or state college or Minnesota or Iowa, but they do because it’s a cool unique college town
