Despite top 5-10 recruiting classes, MSU, OSU and UM routinely beat PSU. And often beat them down.

Penn State = UTennessee of the B1G…could be good, has been good in the past, recruiting is vastly outpacing actual performance.

I’d say that psu usually recruits better than Tennessee, and has won more, it’s coaching, Franklin just ain’t getting it done, like i said for those who want to criticize Jim, make sure you bring them same criticisms to Franklin, but he seems to continue escaping those, especially since he seems to snatch up good recruits all up and down the eastern seaboard
