I'm less enthusiastic about pushing the mound back as I am for outlawing the shift....I think the shift has gone so far that the human element which all of us first become sports fans because of is almost completely erased

but like you said, a hitter could always bunt but they might not even teach guys that anymore

the mound being pushed back doesn't really change the hitting approach of going for homers as a way to overcompensate for the amount of shifts being implemented. But I'll have to see a bit more of the data behind why Epstein thinks that is a good suggestion.

I honestly think a team just needs to experiment with a lineup of contact hitting speedsters for a year and see what kind of damage that could do

the squads who strike out the least still tend to be the likeliest to win titles

Post your own league's settings even. I chose these categories cuz the last time I did fantasy years ago I believe these were the categories we had.
