AAC shouldve sprang for a neutral site for the conference champ game
hell all conference champ games should be neutral site

seeing louisiana playing at home in sun belt title game

i like playing at home better honestly, if you are the better team you deserve a home championship, imagine having Alabama go to Athens it adds another element, or the big ten championship in 40 degree weather

No need. Not like any fans of teams in conference travel like that. Then turn around and asking them to pay to go to a bowl game too. Neutral sites only work for the big boys.

playing the conference title game at home just seem like some small time stuff
i mean Benz stadium aint really that much of a drive for Bama/UGA fans so they'll pack it and the squads get a boost in fans support

nah it ain’t little boy, it’s just a chance for a bunch of oblivious people to sit in nose bleeds, and clowns with bread to pay 3 racks for a seat, if I’m a school, i want it at my house, no travel for most of my fans, i get all the gate, concessions, sky boxes, parking, and my local economy booms, you think a sec game at Athens wouldn’t rock ?? In T town ?? And the school doesn’t have to pay for travel:usure: that’s probably saving the school 60-100k

Bama ass DC
we watched an undefeated niu get the chulo blasted by fsu in a ny6 bowl, we watched Hawaii get dragged in the sugar bowl, we also watched a boise get a W against Oklahoma, we watched Utah who was still mountain west beat Bama, not saying every year it’s going to be a fight, but every now and again a team shocks the world, as it should be, like @Ed MOTHEREFFING G said no one trips when Kentucky plays sisters of the scared heart all girls debate team opening round, we also don’t trip when they get upset

what the G5’s experience and how notre dame beats a down acc, and their weaker rivals and back doors their way into the playoffs it does make people upset, it’s money in football again all them uga folks took they ass to the dome to watch the dogs massacre Hawaii

Thats with a month off to prepare and come up with wrinkles and schemes. With a week to prep them upsets aint gon happen like that cause how often do we see those G5 v the bottom tier P5 schools happen?
And the TV money is where its at. Aint nobody tuning in to NIU :mjlol:

Conference and affiliated schools don’t get their kickback from signing to play in a neutral site. SEC title game is worth major figures for the city of Atlanta. Like the AAC, if the demand was there, bet you they’d move the game to the Bengals stadium. But since it’s not play at the 40k on campus stadium guys. Plus it’s not the schools call where the game is held

Did you watch Kent St vs Northern Illinois today from a 2/3rds empty neutral site in Detroit earlier today? I think playing at Ford Field instead of a campus site looks more small time for these smaller conferences.

Only thing I'd probably change is make the home-field site a coin flip or alternate between the division winners.
