Yeah that part was a lie but everything else was dead on. I got family and friends who be disappointed in Bama and you’ll look at the score and they’ll be winning like 49-13

Folks aren’t ever satisfied in todays world, watching Alabama has robbed people of the joy of winning, if games aren’t won 40 to nothing then it’s a failure, me and Ed talked about that on the podcast, we are literally 10 wins up, and we all want to beat osu but we can’t even enjoy the season, because we concentrate on that, after losses everyone says the kids aren’t focused or working on insert skill here, the coach ain’t doing enough, never mind these are kids and usually the collection of said talent erases human input or chance, no one ever says damn that pass hit the dirt, or he slipped, or a call that can go either way, all they will say why didn’t they make a stop, or score the team trash the coach trash

I used to be like that, back in 2013 we beat A&M 49-42 and I was like cause that was the first time we had given up 30+ since 2010. Obviously I was happy but still, I do think we get carried away because we think Alabama at their complete best and not every Alabama team is gonna be at that peak. I’m happy that Alabama is 10-1, it’s just that the team has been so inconsistent at times which is a fair criticism imo, they’re playing hard tho, it’s not like they’re taking plays off or anything.

An unfair critique I’ve seen though is of Bryce Young as if he’s not the guy, I’ve seen it all season from a few within the fanbase.

Y’all call it inconsistent but aren’t you all top ten defense and offense, what’s crazy is you all would melt down if nick lost three, not realizing that your run has to eventually end, and season to season you will not be an unstoppable force

Yes, the team is inconsistent relatively speaking, take the last two SEC games for example, in the LSU game, the defense was great, the offense sputtered (mostly due to poor OL play), the Arkansas game, the offense was lights out but for a period the defense didn’t look great, a positive though is this team can do whatever it needs to do to win a game.

I lived through the Shula era and Saban’s first season, I know it can be much worse, but I don’t think pointing out flaws in a team is an issue, there’s still plenty good with this team though.

I dont think rational Bama fans are upset with players when it comes to pure performance, I think we get upset with the energy the team plays with. Sometimes they out there looking unfocused and no real fight. Like they sposed to go out there and win just cause they in crimson. Specifically the LSU game, yeah we getting the best of the other team every week, but they have to match that energy and emotion and I feel like they don't. Team too chill and they play shook in big games and big environments.
From what I've seen is most folks upset with these wack ass coordinators cause they aren't making things easier for the players so they can hit their potential and do what they're best at.

But Nick created this spoiled ass entitled monster so he gon have to live with it. We aint changing.
Now go blowout Auburn to shut our entitled asses up
