The pressure of the job
At LSU you are compared to Alabama and what they do every season. At USC, The expectations and wants are a national title but the pressure to deliver one is nowhere near what it is at LSU.
No you don't. Kiffin and even bum ass Helton had good seasons. The rest of their season were just trash after that and the teams weren't getting better. Same as we're seeing with Coach O and LSU right now.
USC got a talent problem too where LSU dont.
How many teams on USC's schedule do they have less talent than....?
USC has to play Norte Dame and Stanford every year, those will always be games where they could lose, and any given team in their schedule can put some good seasons together. Look at Washington st when they had Mick Leach, and look at Arizona St now with Herm Edwards.

I feel like it’s going to be Aranda. At least it should be. This is a bad year to be looking for a new coach, and on top of that we aren’t goin to get away with bringing in one of those sleazeball coaches.
Dave Aranda in 2nd season has Baylor looking like they might win the Big 12, I know Baylor is a good football program but they were just a 2 win team last year. For all we know Aranda might be the next big at HC. The thing with down here is that he knows Louisiana and Louisiana know him so it won’t be one of those things where he’s trying to build from the ground up. He would prolly bring Jeff Grimes as OC with him who also coached here before.
Ryan Day and Lincoln Riley never had seasoning, Dave Aranda at least would have 2 years of head coaching and if Baylor makes a NY6 then he can already say he had his teams competing
