you take the victory and keep it moving, because you know more often than not you will be the prey not the predator, you also realize how much goes into winning a chip, imagine all those kids who watched lsu run through the sec like a hot knife through butter or that team with cam Newton, only to look up and see that was a blip in the history books to not be seen again any time soon, so you just out there trying to get to the league on a team that’s middling, and may or may not even like the school/atmosphere/coaching staff

i mean you got yourself a pelt for the wall, but ultimately your team fell into said win ( things going right, down Bama etc) than you being a stellar coach, and you get got eventually by saban, and expectations, or your own fukk ups because you not winning. all nick does is realize where he fukked up, after a loss, tweeks that and now that doesn’t work the following year

They didn't do shyt. They were lucky to have transcendent players join their program that won those titles.

If anything, it's the coordinators like Malzhan and Brady that had more of an impact on those teams success.
