California has strict requirements because of COVID and Utah is much closer to Pasadena than Columbus
. Plus since this is their 1st Rose Bowl, they are buying more tickets than the Buckeyes this year. We are still going to handle them on New Year's Day. Meanwhile, scUM needs to hope that Georgia catches the rona and cannot play on NYE because that's the only way they are going to sniff the National Championship
