But honestly I’m glad we are seeing that the top teams are winning. Hockey media and the league gets caught up in this “fake parity” due to bs OT rules/points in regular season, but for most part the better teams are going to win, especially teams that are deep.

Flyers PP is utterly pathetic.

This series is horrible. Such bad hockey.

Kotkaniemi deserved that game misconduct, he knew exactly what he was doing with that hit.

Edit: After watching the replay that call was a bit harsh.

Avs, Knights, Flyers and Bruins.

I'd throw the Lightning in there as well in place of one of those teams, possibly.

-From what I've seen, I'd say out of the four teams you listed, the Avalanche and the Knights have been the most impressive. The Avs have those players on offense that are just damn explosive, and the Knights just keep on coming.

-The Flyers series has not been the greatest, and it seems like the Flyers have given up quite a few opportunities.

-The Lightning are damn talented and you can't count them out.

-Bruins started slow and lost their starting goalie, but they have been getting it going more the past few games, and I believe they have the best first line in the NHL. If there is a better first line than Bergeron, Marchand, and Pastrnak, someone let me know.

I wouldn't argue the Bolts over Philly. They have elite talent. Haven't watched much of Philly to be honest but they've been on fire in the bubble and are stout defensively. That Couturier line is smothering. :picard:

Nobody has a better top line than Boston. That trio is incredible. They seem to account for 6 points every game they're together.

Vegas is the best overall team to me but I'm not sure they can beat the Avs. On the flip side, Colorado is more beatable by the rest of the Western field than Vegas, imo. For instance, I think the Canucks are done, but if they somehow got past STL and matched up with Colorado, I'd give them a puncher's chance whereas Vegas would sweep them.

I kind of agree with what you are saying about Vegas and Colorado. The Avalanche have the lines to match-up with Vegas, especially their top line. However, I think if they face one of these Eastern Conference teams, the teams in the East have top lines that can contain the Avs.

Bruins need that top line to play like it, and their second line has to produce as well. The Krejci line has played well so far, and they will need to continue to do so.

Yeah, Vegas doesn't have the same high end talent (though Mark Stone is a stud) like Colorado or Boston. Their counter is, teams might have one shutdown line to throw at them but no one has four. I wouldn't consider Vegas a defensive oriented team but their sustained pressure from all four lines is what wears teams out.
