I think he has a bigger impact on games even though his counting stats aren't as high.
I don't get to see as much of them as I'd like, but every time I watch an Avalanche game, MacKinnon pops out and I notice him immediately. Not saying that I don't notice McDavid, but there is just something about the elite explosiveness of MacKinnon that I have rarely seen.
Habs are bringing it right now.

And, after watching last nights Bruins v.s. Hurricanes game, I think it's clear the Bruins are the better team. However, that doesn't always translate to winning. We'll see if the Hurricanes style of play can be sustained over the course of a series.
