Patrick Williams looking like a good choice for Chicago

The things is Bulls are super young and they need more thorough respected veterans besides Thad they can learn under.....Williams upside and measurables are undeniable but guys like him benefit the most from learning behind vets directly.....Hopefully the FO went all the way investing in Player Development at the least.

Deni Avdija is going to be really good

I didn't know what to think when the Wiz drafted him but the from the vids I watched, his game is intriguing for sure the versatility and iq are a big plus...He will definitely have an immediate following playing in DC, on top of everything else hopefully he can handle the pressure ......

You have to watch his full games on youtube to get context. Often times he defers to his older teammates. Sets them up gets them going. But when they are in a hole he becomes more aggressive and takes over. And at those moments you can see he should be the primary guy. He becomes hard to stop. He's a gamer. He's about 6 9 barefoot and he used to run so he's actually fast. You can see him pull away from people and forget this guy is that big.

I'm trying to get nba comps but the way he thinks the game and being that big with a game that can play one through four. He reminds me of joe johnson in that aspect.

Plus I'm trying to think of whether there are players in his archetype who have failed. Big playmakers like ben simmons, luka doncic are doing well. This guy has a handle, he actually can shoot, he makes passes second only to lamelo that cannot be taught. Has plus size if you put him on the wing and has speed.
I'm happy we have him.

He's staying overseas for one more year. If his shot keeps getting better and continues to bulk up he will be really nice
