it really sucks we wont have Kopech this season, but given coming off TJ, its understandable
Cease has electric stuff though, dude is the real deal. Him & Gio are gonna be a problem as a 1-2, if Kopech turns out, rotation will be nasty rounding out with Kuechel & Lopez

I remember the Twins got Delmon Young early from Tampa and I thought he might develop into a star.
Minnesota has had a rough go of it in terms of young players with high expectations.
Obviously Mauer and Johan worked out. And I suppose to a lesser degree you could maybe throw in Morneau. But it feels like they're always missing that true breakout star that lived up to their potential.
Morneau and Johan weren't really expected to be great. And Mauer was done being a star at 30. And even he was like...a star for Minnesota, not the league.
You thought that maybe Sano would be that guy. But he got fat and swings like a maniac. As a pro he is such a different player than what he was as a prospect in DR. He used to be skinny as hell. Looked more like he would grow into a Cameron Maybin type body. I'm rambling tho...
@tremonthustler1 I don't care what you say. That's the worst FA signing of all-time. Besides being trash, they essentially chose to pay him instead of Scherzer.

I think they just didn’t want teams going in and out the city/country on a weekly basis. At least with the NHL, you’re in, you’re staying in, and once you’re eliminated you’re outta thereBut the NHL is resuming play in Toronto.
