That is true, but you gonna see an upset then when shyt really get hard it’s gonna be a clear mismatch. After watching the twins last night that lineup is crazy. If they can get some 7 inning outings from the starting pitching it’s over, because that bullpen gonna end it. As I write this they probably playing New York :mjlol: I haven’t seen much of Houston? I know the lineup is there, but has the pitching really been that bad?
Inexperience rookies all in the pen. Blew way to many games. Most of our key guys been out.

now JV is out. Might as well try and trade Grienke in the off-season and get something for him.

White sox strikeout a lot that usually gets exposed by good pitching in the postseason

they remind me of the ‘15 cubs

cubs may win a series cuz of darvish & hendricks but besides that :patrice: this team can’t situationally hit for nothin.never seen a team struggle so much to make contact with risp/bases loaded

it’s the most frustrating thing to see with a team.

plus, that’s true with power hitting teams.

Sounds like the best Tigers teams of the past 14 years in the postseason. :snoop:

I'm shocked how poorly Baez has hit this season.

Since I posted this, Manny Machado is hitting .417/.446/.796 in 28 games.
Keeping it 100, I was upset with him because he lost me a few bucks in Fanduel but I'll hold this L. I knew over time with enough sample size he'd get hot. But I didn't expect this (even for a month).

What do you think about Gary Sanchez's season?

It ain’t just Báez Schwarber hitting below the Mendoza  go look at rizzo & Bryant numbers they’ve all been bad

Happ & heyward been the most consistent
I think a lot of guys are struggling because the pressure of a 60 game season. Literally every game counts. If this was a regular year we would look at it as a slump. They would have had a couple more months to correct themselves
