Why the hell would anyone wanna watch minor league players vs major league players?

It's quite popular in England. They end up having these little division II and III teams playing in a tournament against the big boys throughout the year. It's everything to those little farm towns. They get a win over Liverpool or Manchester United and they talk shyt for ages

Why the hell would anyone wanna watch minor league players vs major league players?

It works in European soccer because it's fun watching minor league clubs try to upset major league clubs in front of their passionate fans. And the minor league teams win enough of the time to make it interesting. But you wouldn't get any of that passion or upset opportunity with baseball.
