Dude, they had to. Their starting rotation is appalling. Only one guy has been able to go more than 3-4 innings and they're way past the arbitration cut-off.

Here's the thing about the Tatis situation and why a lot players are fukking hypocrites.

The ones bytching about Tatis and respecting the game and "unwritten rules" and "act like you've done it before" and all that crap,are the same ones in last place overcelebrating the most basic walkoff in September like its Game 7 of the World Series.
