maybe Mac will be good on the next level i don’t see any others, I’ll concede this year, but the sec wasn’t an offensive juggernaut until the past 4 years, so to act like the sec was doing numbers while the acc has been a one horse race is a bit disingenuous
If we ain’t talking about Clemson then the only other recent good starting QB that came out of the ACC is Lamar Jackson

KJ Costello, Myles Brennan, Mac Jones, Kyle Trask, and Matt Corral are putting up numbers
All of them Only putting up numbers due to volume.
- Costello is avg like 55 attempts per game. He’s surpassed his number attempts in 3 games this season that took him six games last year
- Brennan is avg 44 att/gm and that’s outta necessity cause Pelini calls bad games and he also don’t have a running game this year
- Mac is gonna pass his entire total of attempts from 2019 within the next two games
- Corral first 3 games from this season would literally made up 3 of his T5 games if you combined it with last season. That’s to be expected since look at who his coach is, defense ain’t shyt, and always playing behind. Put him on LSU or MSST and I guarantee you they’re undefeated

trask is just in a different league cause he’s got athletes who bail him out of a lotta bad throws. He’s third comp % wise outta him, Corral and Jones but I’d take him over the other two

that’s what i was getting at, its a bizarre year, because of circumstances, but the sec was never this bastion of Qb’s that are putting up numbers, with the spread some qbs are starting to come into their own

I've been pondering this bc we have Emory and Anthony Richardson on the roster but I do wonder if Mullen would ever consider going away from the run first spread like he normally does and go pass first speead as he has the past two seasons bc of the offensive success we're having in the air. I dont see Meory replicating that as a passer and it seems like the TRUE dual threat QB's arent as prolific the last few seasons
