It was. He was a good motivator but it's easy to see how he can get annoying after being around him every day for awhile.

And no one here could tell you the name of any other S&C coach in the country besides their own so it's not like the position itself is that important. The training and weight programs will be the same so not like much will change, I wouldn't be surprised if Saban just promotes from within.

Burrow was a grad transfer not an incoming freshman, top grad transfers are expected to contribute and be ready year 1. No one saw Burrow turning in to what he did
