but maybe Sarkisian has a plan in place to get better at recruiting/developing

I doubt Sark gets them where they want to be. Folks still ain’t realized it ain’t really the coordinators (even though they good), it’s just the Bama machine. Same thing would happen with the Patriots and they coordinators taking off getting HC gigs and most of them ended up being trash except for Flores

i think sark is good, his biggest issue was he underachieved and he couldn’t put the bottle down
