Got a question for y'all. What exactly does it mean when they say players have bad interviews? Why does this keep teams from drafting a player?

I think being too black and confident is a turnoff if you are not a first round pick. Plus too much Urban Culture isn't a great look for the organization. Ever hear how cacs talk about Dax Prescott? They wish all black players were like him.
