In all fairness, Will Grier is your usual white QB who is taken high in the 3rd. They are never that good.

He really isnt THAT good, David Sills had an off year relative to his predictions but thats because he was being doubled with a shadow sometimes. Dude was the best WR coming in. WVU's system always sets up nikkas to eat. Grier also was either boom or bust when it came to pass selection against OU, the only team worth discussing in his conf. last season

Its a horrible QB class and Grier was probably nothing more than Carolina feeding into what the majority of fans demanded, but even still, Im iffy on the pick

ESPN ain't shyt. Quite a few times after a team makes a pick the first thing they highlight are the past problems that player may have had. What they did with Simmons was disgraceful. There was another kid were they highlighted his misdemeanors. That hurts that players marketability and ultimately his bottom line.

You're right. But i also wish these players would stop giving them ammunition to put ESPN in a position where they have the power to fukk with their money like that. LeBron James has been clean all his life yet they keep digging hoping to find something. I can only imagine if you have a record.
