Just pulling their usual disappearing act against inferior pitching. Frazier almost had a bases clearing double in the first but it took a great catch to end the inning.

Syndergaard has been bad today. Given a 3-0 lead and gave it away. He can't hold runners and the guys behind him haven't helped. McNeil dropped the third out in foul territory and the Phillies scored two runs two pitches later.

Poor situational hitting by Rosario and Frazier. What's new? Changeup is Suarez's only pitch and he's had no command of the zone. Why bail him out by fishing for something out of the zone?

Everyone understands the urgency required but this team. If they make the playoffs it'll be because everyone ahead of them fukked up in a major way. They'll be five back of the second wild card if the Cubs win. Arizona can officially eliminate them this week.

This bullpen has to be giving up runs every 7-8 batters faced.

They've given up six runs and counting. If anything comes out of this, we're seeing players who are playing their way off of this roster and likely the majors. After the collapse in Washington, Van Wagenen said that the bullpen will be the priority this off-season.
Mets have lost the opportunity to make up major ground this weekend with the Diamondbacks and Cubs losing.

Low key Conforto has been all or nothing this season. You look at the 29 HRs, the 80+ RBIs...then you see the low BA, constantly striking out in big spots or double plays, constantly coming up short with RISP. But at least he's been healthy all year
