5 game winning streak, boss rotation with DeGrom, Syndergaard, Stroman, Wheeler and Matz, Conforto and Rosario getting hot. What do you want to happen today trade wise?

I’m down to stay as is and go for it! We can trade Noah in the off season if need be.

McNeil, Alonso, Rosario and Conforto is a great core of position players going forward.

Unless you get blown away today, I stand pat. I am 100% against trading Thor unless absolutely blown away. With Wheeler, what's better draft compensation or what you get in a trade. That rotation can go against any in baseball, the lineup is good, obviously the bull pen is a massive question mark and we already know the defense on this team is atrocious. I remove Diaz from the closer role and try to only pitch him in low leverage situations to try and regain his confidence. The stuff is still there but he can't locate his stuff and he looks like a deer in the head lights right now, let Lugo close and hope for the best that Diaz gets back on track. There's no point of trading him now with his value at it's lowest. Last but not least Cano needs to be a part time player. Small sample size but I read somewhere he is productive following days off.

Yeah, they mentioned that on Boomer and Gio this morning.Instead of trading him, keep Wheeler make him a qualifying offer in the off season and if he doesn't take it be happy with the pick.

Since the All-Star break Mets got the best pitching in baseball 2.90 ERA. Is this an anomaly or a regression to the mean? I think the latter, our bullpen was so bad in June they are due for a good streak of pitching. The rotation is capable of being better in the second half to.
