I’m sick of that game being on the CBS night slot, they should Make it a afternoon or atleast a night game on ESPN.

I lowkey get nervous when we’re on CBS, all of our regular season losses (excluding 2015 Ole Miss) were on CBS. Plus the games are so goddamn long, I was exhausted just watching the game last Saturday.

Probably, they’ll have to pay up though. Plus there’s the distinct possibility of the Iron Bowl being a Top 5 matchup on the sixth anniversary of the Kick Six.

Not after Saturday :shaq:

man i remember the last time we started 5-0 our QB busted for roids and it ruined the season lol

I don't get why this game isn't on at the 8PM slot on CBS.

wow next week @ LSU is 8PM on ESPN! i wonder why not CBS

We will get to see what this squad is made of now. The defense has to be stout and the QB can't make any mistakes with the football

I’m surprised CBS didn’t pick LSU vs Fl next week

they get the 1st pick of SEC games but they can’t have a team more than 5 times and only 1 night game

Nah they trying to weasel their way to get the LSU-Bama game cuz ND-UGA didn’t get the ratings they wanted
Didn’t that game break viewing records

7:00 pm ESPN is the best time slot but they get the 2nd choice for SEC games

From Sports Media Watch, the numbers are down slightly relative to other CBS primetime windows, though that’s with very good reason: the other examples all featured LSU-Alabama games.

The Bulldogs’ win, which peaked at a 6.9 from 10:30-11 PM ET and from 11:30 to the conclusion, delivered the highest September college football overnight on CBS since 2013 (Alabama-Texas A&M: 9.0).

Compared to last year’s primetime SEC game on CBS, Alabama-LSU in week ten, overnights fell 7% from a 6.7. The 6.2 ranks sixth out of the past nine primetime SEC games on CBS (dating back to 2011). Each of the other eight pit LSU against Alabama.

The ratings were good CBS just trying to be greedy if the rumors are true
