He wasn't in the system longer because Kyler transfered in around the same time Kendall enrolled early. They both took part in the spring game in 2016.

Its all good. I just wanted to mess with you about it cause Kendall almost lost to Kansas.

Lol. I didnt say he was a gadget player. But I did think he was too small at that time having seen him a few feet away. He got bigger and put on more size over the next year tho.

Actually, I just remembered, Austin Kendall redshirted in 2017. He played his freshman yr 2016, then redshirted 2017, so Kyler was the backup by default. And then Kyler just kept starter job last yr.
