He was the #1 recruit this year and they saying he originally was going to go to PSU but a couple other PSU freshman said they wouldn't come if they recruited him. What's this guy's deal?

He didnt get any PT the 1st 2 games. Then he missed 3-4 practices. His folks said that his grandma is on life support and he hopped in the portal. The grandma thing didnt come out until today after he was announced to be in the portal so it's probably a combo of things.
