And that's probably the truth. It's a symptom of living in America. How many adult black men truly get the respect they deserve from those around them? Doesn't excuse a poor coaching job though.

Charlie is very strict about three things - guns, drugs, and women. Other than that, he had his office WIDE open for players to come chill all dayand shoot the shiit. Herman deaded that shyt when he came. I don't think they fear Charlie like you think.
