Your coach is top 3 in salary if im not mistaken. We made that mistake with Cooper. He went 2-10-1 and yall :Scustbrutus:. When we finally got rid of him Tress won a chip in 2 years and only 1 L to yall. Urban won a chip in 3 years and 7-0 against yall. My point is Rich Rod Jimmy in regards to getting it done.

It’s a difference in jimmy and rich rod, and cooper, urban is a steam roller, he has a great football mind, and he’s fully committed to getting the right/best players in the country to run his offense and defense
(read he pays for players) he put the beats to you all when he was at Florida he’s clearly a step above tressel and he’s one of the few coaches who can say they beat saban, and in a game that counts, not many coaches can beat urban with a level playing field let alone when he’s put in work to get what he needs. Then there were the tressel years, dude was years ahead most coaches especially the big ten, but when he had to go out his safe confines and play better teams, you guys looked quite Larry Holmes like including that win against Miami, I’ll give it to you but honestly a lot of things broke you alls way.

Then let’s talk about the run of talented qbs you all had, most programs don’t get that many in two lifetimes, add two top notch coaches, it’s just the way things went

And @smitty22 i know tress was good, that’s my point, i said he was ahead of the game, in his thinking, he knew that 8 yards and a cloud of dust shyt was over, and while some programs were still in the stone age he was modernizing, but he wasn’t going to take you all into the next century like urban did, but another point i made, that’s two historically great coaches, in a row, most programs don’t have one, let alone two great ones back to back, and when he played the Oklahoma’s, LSU and Florida’s of the world he was out coached and out maned, he was at his ceiling the tattoo shyt gave him an easy exit

It doesn't take 5 years to rebuild a program that gets good recruits. The racism is just blatant at this point. They would have fired him by now if he was black.
