Another big commit for Mack and UNC. 5* Desmond Evans supposed to be a lock to UNC as well. Add those two to Myles Murphy who's already committed and that's a potentially dangerous starting DL from one class.

UNC should be an extremely easy place to recruit to. Idk why but them nikkas been sorry on the recruiting trail. Butch Davis started to but got NCAA violations out the ass. Seems like Mack is fixing that.

On the strength of the huge brand created by basketball and it being in a prominent conference , yes...


However , the stadium is smaller , not the best football atmosphere , facilities pale in comparison (for big time recruits with multiple offers from big power schools), football is a distant #2 (maybe even competing closely with baseball)

... people are saying there’s a first year bump with coaches but I don’t remember Fedora getting these kinda recruits his first year ... so I gotta give Mack some credit . His name must still ring bells and this year might be the first time EVER that UNC sold out season football tickets.

I think he'll have them competitive. If he keeps landing players. ACC chip games are a highly possibility. At this point the competition isn't very tough in the coastal division. It's one of the weakest divisions in college football
