McCarron definitely wasn’t a game manager and took a big jump from year 2 to year 3 but Tua is just on another level in terms of on field production and talent.

I do think Jake Coker needs a bit more respect though, people in the media say “Alabama managed to win a title with Jake Coker” but Coker came through clutch in some situations during the ‘15 season.

Yeah I mean he wasn’t this big time pro prospect but he did what he had to do, made plays when needed.

Not saying that Coker was great but the media acted like he was the worst QB of the Saban era and we won the National Title in spite of Coker when that simply wasn’t true, he started that year pretty rough but ended it on a good note.
