See most HCs are stubborn and don't change. Saban strikes me a hard nose only my way bumpkin. But apparently he's not and listens to the million analyst and coaches on the team.
They had an article where the NCAA saying they wanted to limit how many coaches and analysts Bama has.
Combine that with talent and you won't skip a beat. I mean ideally you want consistentcy but if you have the resources you can stay afloat.
