Jake Kia is only going to be the starter until ya'll play UT. He might get out the paint pre Georgia if he plays up to his usual standards. If Champ doesn't play Hilinski this year he will be replaced at the end of the season. Hilinski is only playing three years barring injury and Champ will be run out on a rail if he wastes a year of his eligibility by having him sitting on the sidelines watching Bentley crow hop 15 yard passes.
He has a year under Werner. I'm 97% sure that we're about to get a back that has played in a lot of big games to help him. Also, this should be the best front five he has had in front of him. I know I give him a hard time but there is hope. Honestly, with Hillinski I'm not really big on California QB's. The Cali Qb that y'all got coming he looks good but hell he is two years older than his class. My homeboy talked to DJ dad and brother at a camp said the brother is going to the 9th grade and bigger than DJ right now. I think Phommachanh will out play DJ in the end with Streeter as the coach cause lets be honest its not him its the talent cause Brice and Johnson weren't that good talent wise and Bryant was never a good passer although talented. Thats not to say DJ isn't talented I just think with TP being in the system longer he will benefit and start first.
