Trevor is actually more accurate under pressure or when he has to throw on the run. Every team that decided to "take away the run" got torched by our passing game. Y'all are able to do that to Wisky because they are not a passing team. They run to set up the pass and if they can't run...they can't pass so it's not really hard to adjust. Y'all adjusted but Wisky put over 400yds on y'all and held y'all 14pts under y'all average ppg. Shea Fukking Patterson threw for 300yds again you guys and to be honest...Michigan could have put up more point vs ya'll than they did. He fumbled a snap costing them at least 3 points...Peoples Jones dropped another TD. Y'all adjusted but what I saw in the Michigan game is y'all struggle in the middle of the field and against decent TE's.

I've seen Fields stare his WR's down and i've seen him get lucky to not have some of them picked off. He also thinks he can extend every play so he scrambles into sacks sometimes. Great talent...would have loved him here at Clemson but he can be fooled into some poor decisions. Dobbins is the key to everything and he's Fields safety net.

It was a similar strategy we used vs Tua last year and he got picked off twice after only throwing 1 or 2 INT's all year long. BV has literally had this defense line up and show 4 different base defenses this season and still held all but 1 team under 300yds and that was UVA last week who got it in garbage time.

The game never went to overtime bruh. They went for 2 because they knew it was their best chance to win. They went on a 8 plus minute drive having to convert three 3 downs and 2 4th downs just go finally score on a 3rd down play where Sam Howell was nearly sacked and did a Pat Mahomes throw for the TD to put them within one. Mack Brown said he knew his team was tired so they tried to go for two and hedge it on getting a stop. But let's say they did convert the 2 point conversion. Clemson still had 2 times outs and 1:18 sec to score. On the previous drive we scored in 6 plays just over 2min. But keep pointing to that game like it's the standard and not the outlier.

I seriously doubt he told him that. Big Marv would be our second best d lineman if he came though. His cardio isnt all that, but he would be just what we need even if all he did was suck up blocks.

I know how he must be feeling right now... a couple of years ago I was doing some contract IT work for an insurance company and while doing that got hired a full time job no contract. The IT director for the insurance company (Magellan) reached out to me and wanted to bring me no with more pay only catch is I would have to work out 90 days on contract. I turned it down cause I felt like job security was more important. Now the company I work for has got bought out and we get to work until March and then that's it. I feel like a dumb ass now, but there's nothing you can really do about it just got to make the best of it.

Yeah i know Trevor is mobile, and it could present a problem when Tuf Bourland is in the game at mlb. Penn St qb’s and Shea were mobile as well and we did a good job handling them outside of short fields we gave them from turning the ball over. Concerning Shea throwing for 300 Shawn Wade was out for us and they picked on his replacement. Day adjustments 2nd half shut all that down. As far as silver bullet defense we really ain’t ran it all year. Brendan White was that role and there is rumors he bout to hit the transfer portal because we haven’t played that defense and he hasn’t played. We run with 3 corners and a safety. You right on the unc game no overtime and yeah it was a outlier but i was using it to prove a point to that Tua poster. Justin stare down receivers is rare. He is great at going through progression. Ill take him having to win the game any day.

I been trying to talk football wit' nikkas but we can't even begin to have a honest conversation until y'all put some respect on nikkas names and stop acting like Clemson is All Madden and we stuck on Rookie Mode. I've already said before Clemson is a monster. We'll have to be next to perfect to beat y'all nikkas but no one is unbeatable.

Fields will have to be on his A game for sure as we'll have problems with Xavier Thomas and others if our pass pro continues to be suspect with JK not gettin set properly (he's not as good as Zeke was in this aspect) but our All American O Line is still good enough to use the size discrepancy to their advantage since yall not as big as previous years.

You reference Wisky and TTUN but what did they do in the 2nd half? Yeah, we won't get away with it against y'all (starting slow) but we should be able to adjust these next few weeks, prep, and not come out like we did in those first half. They took advantage of us running Cover 3 by running corner routes or taking the underneath throws so we'll either have to drop an extra safety (which we dont so that often) or bring in an extra rusher and see just how good you say Trevor is at throwing under pressure.

Also, if Day isn't stupid enough to put Borland's ass out there over Browning who is better in the run game and pass def in zone coverage, we'll have that top speed at LB to make up ground either way.

And Taylor went off on us mainly because of over pursuing by our D Line which is what they did a lot of last year with their poor angling to boot. That shouldnt happen again.

And Idk how you can say Fields can be fooled into making stupid decisions with 1 Int on the year. Most of his sacks in Wisky came from not being able to run with the brace/injury so those times where he'll be "scrambling into sacks" should convert into him using that 4.3 speed to take the fukk off.

It probably is true. They pulled all kinds of strings to get him academically eligible. I’m sure they will find some A’s somewhere to get him by though.
