I feel like I hype Tony Elliott all the time because 1.) He's a good coach and 2.) Clemson coaching staff needs to break up

But damn Tony Elliott not getting a HC gig year after year is starting to become outrageous. How come good ol' Dabo can't go on one his rant about his guy being clearly overlooked every year. You got coaches who already flamed out at big schools(Mac and Lane), coaches with skeletons(Norvell) getting good HC jobs over him. It just dont make sense. If I was a school like Mizzou I would have given Elliott a chance.

Those coaches you named, though; they went to smaller schools to stack their resume. I don't think it's as much that Elliott is being overlooked. I think he's being very particular about the opportunity he's willing to take. Why would he go to Mizzou? Middling job in a difficult division, hit with NCAA sanctions.

I hope it's not as dramatic as the last game. OU has the talent to put this game to bed early. Before this season started, I said the defense was one year away and I still believe that, but however,if you make a playoff appearance, you have to cash-in on that opportunity.
