You ain't even got to worry about it. Jimmy Sexton tells all his coaches to do what's good for Jimmy. He'll wait until he's fired, or they work out some deal with Arkansas to make it a smooth transition. I don't think Arkansas really wants him as bad as last time though. Arkansas will never be anything in the SEC West anyway.
