I cant remember the last time I see an undefeated #1 team (Clemson) fall a spot in 3 consecutive weeks, however I agree with it. Really, they are the 5th or 6th best team in the nation right now, but thats just on talent, not what they have shown on the field so far.
Also, the ACC is trash as a conference, so they should be treated with the same energy that UCF got the past 2 seasons. Plus, they arent even blowing these mediocre teams out.

If Tua doesn't come back 100% by the LSU game, I think LSU wins out. Actually, I think they win regardless, so I'd replace Bama with Clemson on my list.
