let's hurry up & kill the draft

rather just have teams scout according to need

& have players accept what offer they feel is best

it's type sick how they play with dudes lives

*
i agree with u, ive been saying this for a while. Eliminate the draft and let these players sign with who they want. Developing a player for 8 yrs and losing them right when they hit their prime years sets the franchise back and demoralizes the fan base. some teams (like the magic) never recover.

if my son has nba lottery talent i dont want him playing for the pacers. If the end game is to play at home for the pistons, why does he need to waste years in sacremento? The talent would even itself out, RJ barret isnt signing up to come off the bench.

And if no one wants to play for your team, maybe your city doesnt deserve its nba franchise.

I fukking hate when talented dudes don’t get drafted and stashed Euros who never come over do

fukk it tho they’ll get signed undrafted

They draft and stash euros to save roster spots. Most of these late second rounders are not talented enough to be on a NBA roster from day 1. Drafting Euros gives teams flexibility. There are teams that have 3-5 draft picks in one draft your not gonna have spots available for all of em so you draft and stash and bring over the best one or two a couple years later.

Shame Duval went to Duke . I feel on another team he woulda showed he was a lottery talent.

If he didn't play for Duke he'd be borderline undrafted damn near.

Just wanted a little feel good story to end this draft, i guess.
Scrub getting drafted because he was on a reality show is a feel good story? You think trump winning the election was a feel good story too?:patrice:

Lil Giannis got drafted 60. George king was CU for 4 years got drafted 59. KBD can be an impact starter. Shake Milton and Chimeze metu can actually be players. Those are way better stories.
