I'm not sure why people say you can't get more athletic. You don't even hit your athletic prime until 25-28
That don't mean you're going from rim grazing to MJ dunk package or anything, but lateral movement, core strength, ability to take contact, balance, etc - all the things that really make you a professional - develop consistently.

I don't play those games on this site. I don't really care. I was just making an observation that what you said is something I've only saw white people say. It's interesting, because Doncic is obviously going to struggle athletically in the NBA. I just see white people take that so personal and they fight tooth and nail against it.
I think people confuse athleticism with Vince Carter dunks. It's more to it. I don't expect that elite athleticism.. But I do expect foot speed and hip fluidity if you're going to be a primary ball handler.
he's got that, his first step and footspeed in general are trash and in the nba he's not gonna be creating out of nothing - he'll need a real organized team to get the most out of his toolkit for the first year or so.
once nba defenders smell blood and start blitzing you as a ballhandler your season is gonna be in the gutter for months. it'd be nice to see him in dallas or something, but atlanta, sac, and memphis are gonna be an uphill climb for him and maybe even stunt his growth
