No that's precisely what it is. GT has limited financial resources for athletics, I can promise you they're not keeping a coach simply because they "don't care". GT has to make a decision what it wants football program to be: Consistent mediocrity or a program capable of winning the ACC. Recently they've been embracing being consistently mediocre
