TALLAHASSEE -- Tallahassee Police responded to the residence of Florida State starting quarterback Deondre Francois following a call about an alleged domestic violence incident.

Police, according to an incident report released by the Tallahassee Police Department, arrived at Francois’ residence late Tuesday evening after Francois called to notify authorities that his “ex-girlfriend was in his home, breaking things and tearing up his room.”

In the report, Francois told an officer that the woman arrived at his residence and began arguing with him. Once Francois asked her to leave, prompting the woman to become angry and throw a vase across the room. Francois stated that he then tried to remove the woman before she damaged a television by picking her up “like a hug” to take her out of the residence. Francois stated that the woman tried to hit him and began ripping her own shirt while threatening to “call the cops for domestic violence.”

The woman’s report stated that Francois broke down a door during an argument, threw her to the ground and cut her forearm while trying to remove her from the residence. The woman, who said she found out she was nine-weeks pregnant with Francois’ child, declined to pursue charges. She advised the officer, according to the report, that Francois smoked marijuana “earlier." She also told an officer that she didn't want Francois to get in "trouble trouble" but she wanted the officer to speak with Francois to "scare him a little."

FSU running back Zaquandre White was present at the time of the incident, according to the report. White stated that the woman became angry and started throwing glasses and broke a vase before locking herself in Francois’ room while attempting to break a television. Francois, according to White, repeatedly asked the woman to leave and he overheard her stating that she was going to call the police for domestic violence. White stated that Francois only touched the woman to prevent her from breaking items in the home or to protect himself when she “swung” at Francois.

Francois, in the report, told an officer that the woman cut herself on the arm when she broke the vase. The woman, in the report, told an officer that the cut occurred when Francois attempted to “drag her out of the house.” The officer on the scene was unable to establish probable cause for an arrest because of the conflicting statements and the “lack of independent witnesses.”

An FSU official responded to a request about Francois' status with the school/team from Noles247, but did not have an update on Francois as of early Wednesday afternoon.

In the report, Francois told an officer that the woman advised him that she was pregnant, although he said he did not believe her.

The most surprising part of this whole story/report is that the defendant is a female.

so this the move @Trust Me ? :patrice:

Arkansas might land Joseph Foucha 3* safety from Louisiana. He's goin to be another Scoota Harris for them. Scoota was a 3* LB from Louisiana who was among the leaders in tackles in the SEC. Louisiana talent is always deep always supplying Arkansas and TCU with talent

Alabama fighting Tennessee and Miss st for Eddie Smith. Where ever he lands I think he's goin to be a beast too
Eddie Smith is coming to Bama unless we get Tyson Campbell and Isaac Taylor-Stuart. Surtain to LSU a lock now though probably

If you can look into the future and forecast the 2018 Heisman Trophy winner, here's your chance to pay off your mortgage.

Bovada released its latest Heisman odds Tuesday afternoon. Stanford running back Bryce Love leads the way at 7/1, with Ohio State running back J.K Dobbins (12/1) and defensive end Nick Bosa (75/1) making the cut.

Bosa and Houston's Ed Oliver (55/1) are the only two defenders to make the list.

The entire field:

PLAYER POSITION SCHOOL ODDS
Bryce Love RB Stanford 7/1
Johnathan Taylor RB Wisconsin 8/1
Khalil Tate QB Arizona 9/1
Tua Tagovailoa QB Alabama 10/1
J.K. Dobbins RB Ohio State 12/1
Jake Fromm QB Georgia 12/1
Jarrett Stidham QB Auburn 12/1
Will Grier QB West Virginia 12/1
Justin Herbert QB Oregon 15/1
Kelly Bryant QB Clemson 15/1
McKenzie Milton QB UCF 18/1
Trace McSorley QB Penn State 18/1
Cam Akers RB Florida State 22/1
Jake Browning QB Washington 22/1
Rodney Anderson RB Oklahoma 25/1
Ryan Finley QB NC State 25/1
Brandon Wimbush QB Notre Dame 35/1
D'Andre Swift RB Georgia 35/1
Nick Fitzergald QB Mississippi State 35/1
Travis Etienne RB Clemson 35/1
David Sills WR West Virginia 45/1
Ed Oliver DL Houston 55/1
Nick Bosa DL Ohio State 75/1
Last season, only former Buckeye quarterback J.T. Barrett made the opening list at 6/1, which trailed only eventual winner Oklahoma quarterback Baker Mayfield at 11/2.
Tua is going to win the heisman easily. Love and Taylor both rushed for 2k yards this season and were nowhere close to Mayfield in the heisman voting. I doubt they improve their #s that much. And Arizona won't win enough for Tate to win it.
