Florida State (seven), Florida (six), and Miami (five) all have their fair share of in-state four- and five-stars. None is really on pace to blow the other two away.

But the bigger takeaway might be the failure of the big three to retain the state’s best talents. Half of the committed/signed players on the list are leaving the state of Florida. In addition to Alabama and Clemson, Georgia also signed multiple in-state stars.

Who is doing the best job recruiting the state of Florida for 2019?
It's been like that for awhile now, but with all the talent in and around Florida recruiting should never be a problem for any of those schools. Just read a similar article about the top talent in Georgia and UGA only got 4 of the top 25 recruits in the state. And UGA isn't having any problems putting together a top class.

Jalen Hurts to Kentucky would make this shyt interesting
TCU would be a good fit and close to home for him. Maybe Houston if they hire Kiffin to replace Applewhite.
