He's garbage because he's looked like garbage every time I've seen him and didn't the OSU insider say if OSU didn't get Fields they were going after Hurts, Wimbush, etc? That should tell you how they feel about Tate.
And UGA, Bama, Clemson just to name a few.. but pretty much any team that has a good, established QB coming back isn't going after Fields.
