Y'all agree?

Agreed.

Don Brown is a fukking wizard. If we would have just had competent QB play, and been able to run the ball late, to close out games, the perception of Michigan Football would be totally different.

Who would’ve thought that Michigan wouldn’t be able to bully teams at the end of games, to move the chains and eat the clock. :francis:

We’re headed in the right direction tho.

Playoffs in 2018.

Title lock 2019.

Starting to get restless and need to get an early jump on next season. Need an expert's opinion:jbhmm:

@Swagnificent Who you got making the playoffs next year, and who's your top 5 Heisman favorites? Sleeper teams?

2018 Playoff Teams: Ohio State, Southern Cal, Alabama, Oklahoma/Clemson

I'm confident Ohio State, Southern Cal, and Alabama make it. Not sure about the #4 spot. It'll be either Oklahoma or Clemson. This will probably be the most controversial year ever for the playoffs because there might be 5 worthy conference champions with 1 or less losses. That'll mean the committee would be leaving out a team with a really good resume rather than what we saw last year when it came to 2-loss Ohio State. My early favorite to win it all is Ohio State. But I think Southern Cal is also a serious title contender. Alabama will probably be undefeated and the #1 seed heading into the playoffs but they won't repeat this season. They will definitely lose in the playoffs.

2018 Heisman Trophy winner: Tua Tagovailoa

I don't even need to give you 5 candidates. Last year I correctly predicted Baker Mayfield would win the Heisman. This year I'll also correctly predict it in the spring that Tua is a lock to win the Heisman next year. Alabama will be #1 all year and he will put up sick numbers.

Sleeper team: Tennessee

Yeah I know you'll say I'm being a homer but just think about it. We all know Butch Jones is an abomination as a head coach. And we know Tennessee has recruited some pretty good talent. They're definitely better than being a 0-8 team in the SEC and 4-8 overall. I wouldn't be surprised if Jeremy Pruitt has them playing a lot better and closer to their talent level as a top 15 team in the country. I think 9-3 (5-3 SEC) is a legit possibility with losses to Alabama, Georgia, and Auburn. They should have a mini 2013 Auburn-esque turnaround. They won't win the SEC but they'll be a lot better than the preseason rankings.

What you think about Texas & Michigan this season?:jbhmm:

Michigan missed their chance. They needed to make that leap last year. I think they'll be good this year but not great. 10-2 with another loss to Ohio State. Harbaugh will probably start looking at the NFL.

I'm not a believer in Tom Herman. We'll see how they do this year. They should be better. But I don't think they get past Oklahoma to win the conference. Like Michigan I think they'll be good but not great. 9-3/10-2.
