Yea he was trash I saw for myself. You never kno tho he might be better in a CFB setting. One thing that stood out was his size and the zip he puts on the ball

they dropped 28 on a then top notch VT defense, blew the fukk out of a pretty solid ND team, and dropped 40+ on UVA. I mean shyt they probably averaged 30+ easy before that game. I dont know what standards Dorknold set for USC, but Miami's O did more than enough to keep them in games early in the season and seemed like they hit a new level in November

UVA should have beat Miami, their Defense was trash, and most of their games were won on whims

The truth is what makes Bama schedule look weak is how bad LSU has fallen off. That shyt is supposed to be a top 10 matchup year in & year out.

Texas A&M and Arkansas have also fallen off as well.

For a couple of years, the Alabama/Arkansas game was the premier early season matchup in the SEC. Saban vs Petrino. Hard nosed Defense vs Potent Offense.

Then we all know about the years when Manziel was at A&M.

Tennessee ain't been shyt for 15 years, and the Mississippi schools are so up and down. Some years we're fortunate to go to Athens or Gainesville.

Since Saban has to came to Bama we've played: Clemson, Virginia Tech 2x, Penn State 2x (including at Happy Valley), Michigan, West Virginia, Wisconsin, USC, and Florida State so it's not like we ain't playing nobody, people just be so fixated on Mercer and shyt, ain't no difference in beating Mercer 56-0 and Illinois 56-0 cause both are no match for big time programs.

True. Them nikkas have been piss poor this last decade.

SEC should've been done away with those annual cross division rivalry games for reasons like that and because they don't play nine conference games.

Louisville was a hot team when we scheduled them and that's still a tough opponent to open the season, u know Petrino will have his offense ready even without Lamar.
Tennessee has just as much talent as a Wisconsin tbh and Wisconsin is about to go 12-0/11-1 again with their sorry ass big 10 schedule. Teams in the SEC that have Bama and UGA on the schedule pretty much have no chance. Its easy to say schedule harder opponents when u don't have to see Bama/UGA or both on your schedule
