If I recall correctly, DR couldn't muster up more than 3 runs through 7 innings in any of these games except for the Canada opener.

Team was a fukking disgrace this year.
I don't think they were a disgrace, they thought they could roll over teams like in 2013, difference was this year the competition was much much higher. The only easy game they had was Canada. My biggest thing is going back to bum ass Spring training

PR, US, and the Netherlands, improved. You know Japan is a contender... so if they really thought that, they are a damn disgrace.

The Colombia game, as valiant as the Colombians were, let you know that things weren't right with this team. The pitching sucked tonight but I don't even put this on them. They exceeded expectations. DR turned into A-Rod every time there was a RISP. Pena has a bench that he didn't really use.
This is not as embarrassing as 2009. But this team's gonna get ripped in every way for how they approached AB's.

I think PR was the biggest improvement from 13', their lineup in the final was
credit to them for making it to that final, and possibly this year too.

You ain't lying. Some of these ABs with RISP were God awful to sit through. The games were right there for the taking.

If he had re-upped with Toronto he'd be there, but he'd look kinda dikkish if he skipped ST with his new team, so I kinda understood.
I'm still salty over the PR game, they had Roman on the ropes in that first inning and got absolutely nothing.
Same thing happened in this game, just wasted opportunity after wasted opportunity.

Good luck to the US. They played well. The 4 best teams are gonna be in LA. There's no doubt about that.
