The first half of his freshman year against FSU... I thought dude would be a future 1st round pick.

The Golden years set him back. He should have stayed another year. Richt was going to get him right.

But....if you fold like a lawn chair in college when anyone breathed on you...

Doesn't help that he was slow of foot and lacked quickness in the pocket as well. He really needed a year of just killing in the pocket despite all of that.

Damn shame.

Agreed. The last 5 games of this past season, Richt adjusted the offense to suit his strengths better, and he began to look like the potential 1st round Kaaya again. But by that point, all his weaknesses had been exposed.

Definitely should have stayed and put 1 more year of good tape out there, and Miami would've been preseason top 10 had he stayed so the exposure would've been there.

I don't like Dede on the jags. Eagles shoulda got him. ESPN must be really digging for dirt bc I barely knew anything about Dede off the field probs.
