That's who my comparison to Duke Johnson was last year, Brian Westbrook but then he ended up on the Browns :ld: So far he's been great catching passes out the backfield like I expected but they can't seem to get him going running the ball. Is Joe Thomas the most overrated OL ever? :jbhmm: He's never made a difference.

Watch more than 1 game. He wasn't even starting that game.

His first start came against A&M and he had a HISTORIC game. First player in 20 years with 125+ yards rushing and 150+ yards receiving in the same game. His tape against Vanderbilt was also elite.

He's a guy with elite skill that wasn't given many opportunities in college. He should beast in the league.
Just wached the A&M game and wasnt impressed either. He was better in the passing game but he's soft and doesn't fight through tackles. I saw i would say 2 impressive runs from him.

He was goid when he gets wide open space but even then he fumbled on that early screen. I'd have doubts about him being a starting back in the next few years.

No way i woukd take him before any of Fournette, Cook , Mcaffrey, Conner or Foreman.

You put a guy like Tarik Cohen or Joe Williams in that spot and they're equalling that production. Thats not really a knock either, i like both those guys but not in the late 1st or 2nd like they're talking about Kamara

You must have bad eyes then if the A&M tape didn't impress you.

It's the main reason he jumped into the first round discussion.

Recieving game yeah i can see something, but as a runner he was ehh, constantly running into tackles at the line and going down easy. I dont see anything special or elite and hes obviously soft and pretty unrefined

Kamara is the perfect 3rd down back. Don't see him as an every down kind of guy year in and year out. He should be a mid 2nd round pick, I wouldn't touch him 1st round.
I feel like in the 2nd round you still should be looking for an every down guy if you're drafting a rb.

Just like the 6 first round WRs Tennessee has?

The majority of your criteria for scouting is if someone went to Tennesee or not

You do know I'm one of the most vocal critics of Derek Barnett?

The guy from Tennessee who most people love that I think isn't even worth a first round pick in this draft.

I judge talent. I could care less about the school. Tennessee just happens to have 3 great prospects this year that have All-Pro potential in the NFL. I doubt they have as much elite talent next year.

Like I said before. I don't root for the school. I root for the players.

And the 6 NFL WRs you claimed Tennessee had?

That was just you being objective?

Maybe not 6. But definitely 4.

1. Marquez North (undrafted in 2016) is currently on the LA Rams active roster.

2. Josh Malone is projected to be drafted this year. He ran the 3rd fastest 40 at the combine among all WRs.

3. Rising Junior Jauan Jennings is considered one of the top WRs in the SEC and might be a 2nd-3rd round pick next year.

4. Preston Williams (5 star recruit from the 2015 class) transferred to Colorado State and will probably play in the NFL at some point. He has NFL measurables hence the 5 star recruit status.

The top five picks in the 2017 draft are starting to come into focus. Myles Garrett, barring something unforeseen happening in the next four weeks, will be the No. 1 overall pick. The San Francisco 49ers are, according to a scouting source with the team, in love with Reuben Foster and Leonard Fournette if Garrett is gone. On the back end, the Tennessee Titans are said, by a scouting source, to be set on taking Ohio State's Marshon Lattimore with the No. 5 pick. If picks No. 1 and 5 are set, it becomes easier to figure out Nos. 2, 3 and 4.

A lot can still change, of course. The 49ers could become sellers and auction off the No. 2 pick to any team that wants Fournette or Solomon Thomas. The Chicago Bears could shock us all and go quarterback with the third pick. But as it stands today, it's looking more and more like the first quarterback (Mitchell Trubisky) will come off the board outside the first five picks. We're all looking at you, New York Jets.

9ers loving Foster adds more fuel to the rumours of them trading down(Panthers?). Lattimore has been mocked pretty constantly to the Titans for awhile now. I wonder if the Bears will go safety at 3?
