his jump off the ball is ridiculous. fastest i've ever seen. he times it so perfectly. once he gets stronger and able to make a few moves like rips on a regular basis he's gonna be amazing.

our pass rush was decent after week 7
Spence came on big towards the end of the season.
Ayers/Spence/McCoy/Golston is a good group that'll get better once Jacques Smith comes back
Our run defense was bad, so if we could get a run stuffer, that would help big time

Skimmed the thread, looks like the Raiders can fix a lot of their issues. 
Reggie gon need to get a perfect score in this draft no dumb picks this time. We need corners, a franchise RB, a slot receiver, LBers and D-Linemen(especially run stoppers). If we can get that perfect score in the draft and have a strong free agency performance the Raiders gon be a top 3 team in the league.
