Why wouldn't he get the ball if he played slot? Slot guys get more touches than RBs on some teams. His athleticism is exactly why u want him out in space. He doesn't have the strength to get u yards between the tackles... U need to watch some football breh. Even at Stanford alot of his biggest plays came catching the ball out the backfield. Good teams bottled him up in the run game easily this year. I don't like him as a RB at all but slot guy he's perfect. Next Edelman

Is this draft full of guys that's dominated 'the good teams'? Fournette couldn't top 40 yards against Alabama, we're going to point the fingers at him? I seem to remember a lot of people losing their shyt over Reggie Bush who was the same size. Sure Reggie had more straight line speed than Christian but not sure if he's more agile or explosive athletically to make those theoretical home runs happen. Mccaffrey didn't have LenDale White at Stanford. He wasn't taken out the game on 4th & 1. McCaffrey was much more of a bell cow at Stanford than Reggie ever was at USC. Yet, Reggie was just fine as RB1 in Miami and year 1 in Detroit.

I judge a prospective QB on 1a. ARM and 1b. accuracy under pressure. Deshone Kizer should be the #1 pick. You cant work on an arm in the offseason. A QB coach cant give you an arm. You cant develop an arm in a system. Kizer can create the magic that no other QB in this draft can create, and has the physical tools to carry it out. There's only 4 QBs worth drafting in this draft, and Kizer is the best of the bunch. Myles Garrett is the #1 prospect of course, but it takes 5 defensive stars to match what a star QB gives you. Keep drafting QBs until you get one. Cleveland cant fukk this up.

Dobbs has potential but he's not going in round 2.

3rd round is more likely but if there is a run on QBs early I could see him sneaking into the second round.

For example, imagine if Trubisky, Watson, Kizer, and Mahomes go in the first round.

I could see Dobbs being #5 on some teams boards ahead of Peterman and Webb (who are media darlings right now) and sneaking into the 2nd round.

Browns have proven they aren't afraid taking a QB much earlier than everyone else values them (i.e. Cody Kessler going in the 3rd round last year).

What guys are y'all looking forward to seeing work out today? I think this defensive line class is amazing. Here are the guys I'll be watching closely:

1. DL Solomon Thomas (Stanford) - I have a feeling he tests like a FREAK today. 40 and jumps should be freaky. If he hits it out of the park today don't be surprised if you start hearing hype that he could be the 2nd best player in this draft.

2. OLB Derek Rivers (Youngstown St.) - Another guy who I think puts up FREAKY numbers today. Don't be surprised if some first round buzz starts up for him.

3. DE Myles Garrett (Texas A&M) - he should also have a great day today but I'll be pleasantly surprised if he tests as freaky as the two guys above.

4. OLB Tyus Bowser (Houston) - he should be in the discussion as a first round pick. He's that talented IMO. I'll be interested to see how he tests.

5. DE Tarrell Basham (Ohio) - one of my favorite players in this class. Surefire first rounder in my book based on his film. I'll be interested to see how he tests. Hopefully he tests freaky enough to create some first round buzz.

Ehhh it's possible. Dobbs would have to put in major work to be good like Dak did though because he looks too college to me. Truth be told I thought Dak was weak from what I saw but they said he was working on a bunch of stuff before the draft/before training camp. If Dobbs is tryin to eat he'll at least be a competent backup at worst. At this level pretty much everybody has talent. It's not about dumb shyt like arm strength, it's the little stuff.

I've been critical of Fournette as well. I don't like this RB class at all tbh. It took Bush years to become a decent starting RB. Not sure what ur point is? I still like McCaffery first round, I just wouldn't use him as a traditional RB.

Actually McCaffery was taken out of the game during the redzone at Stanford all the time. He could have had a lot more TDs. Doesn't seem like u have watched him much though.

Lol what are u basing this on? Kizer's accuracy was terrible yesterday. And his completion % was 58 last year. That's terrible in college for a top QB. And all of these guys have strong arms. Kizer would need a few years and a ton of help to be a good QB.

:russ:Stop acting like u know anything about these dudes besides Garrett and maybe Thomas. Rivers, Basham and Bowser have all gotten some hype how else do u think u know about them?

Tanoh Kpassagnon will be the talk of the combine today.

I see Tim Williams going to NE at 32. He is a relentless pass rusher and was one of the best in College. Why would he fall to them?
